Booking Terms and Conditions

General

The tour operator is TTTCT ApS, which organises group journeys to India with a focus on culture and craftsmanship. These terms and conditions apply to all journeys purchased from TTTCT ApS.

TTTCT ApS is registered with the Danish Travel Guarantee Fund under registration no. 3788.

Booking and Payment

An agreement is entered into when you receive written confirmation of your booking.

A non-refundable deposit of DKK 5,000 per person is payable upon booking.

The remaining balance must be received by us no later than 60 days before departure. Failure to make payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation.

Price

The price of the journey is stated in the current programme and includes the services described in that programme.

Cancellation by the Customer

For cancellations made more than 90 days before departure, the deposit will not be refunded.

For cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before departure, the customer is liable for 50% of the total price of the journey.

For cancellations made less than 60 days before departure, the customer is liable for 100% of the total price of the journey.

Cancellations due to illness are not covered by TTTCT ApS and must be covered by the customer’s own travel or cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by the Tour Operator

If the travel host becomes acutely ill, is injured or is unable to conduct the journey for another unforeseen reason, the journey may be cancelled. In this case, the full price of the journey will be refunded.

TTTCT ApS does not cover any other costs incurred by the customer, including visas, vaccinations, insurance, personal expenses or non-refundable airline tickets. These costs must be covered by the customer’s own travel or cancellation insurance.

The journey may be cancelled or changed without liability in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, strikes, weather-related closures or official travel warnings. Refunds will be provided to the extent that we receive refunds from our suppliers.

Insurance and Liability

Participation is at the customer’s own risk.

The customer is responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance and cancellation insurance, as well as a valid passport, a visa for India and any necessary vaccinations.

TTTCT ApS is not liable for losses arising from personal injury, illness, theft, acts or omissions by third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.

Special Conditions for Journeys to India

India is a country with strong local traditions, intense traffic and conditions that may differ from those in Europe. Participants must be prepared for flexibility, changes to schedules, noise and cultural differences.

Minor changes to the programme may occur due to local circumstances. We will always endeavour to provide alternative experiences of a similar value and quality.

Luggage

TTTCT ApS is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed luggage. Any losses must be claimed through the customer’s own insurance.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must follow local instructions, respect local culture and agreed meeting times, and comply with safety recommendations provided by guides and the tour operator.

Complaints

Any complaints arising during the journey must be raised immediately with the travel host so that the matter can be addressed on site.

Following the journey, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of returning home.

Governing Law

Any disputes will be governed by Danish law and handled in accordance with the rules applicable to package travel in Denmark.

Personal Data

We process only the personal information necessary for booking, payment, communication and the operation of the journey.

Information is shared only with relevant partners to the extent necessary for the delivery of the journey.

Acceptance

By paying the deposit, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
