take time to care
Hello! You may wonder why I decided to start a travel company, with everything that entails – planning, logistics, sales and administration.
The answer is simple: I could not imagine doing anything else. I love to travel, and I value the meaningful connections that emerge when people share an experience. Bringing the two together felt like a natural next step.
My StoryI have been travelling in Rajasthan for more than ten years and return again and again to the same places and people - relationships that have become an important part of Take Time to Care.
There is something very special about design and traditional crafts. They tell so many stories about a place - about its traditions, its people and the way people live. When you travel with me, you join a personal and carefully curated insider journey, where we visit family-run workshops and designers and experience how proud craft traditions are still a natural part of both local identity and everyday life.
Women’s rights and social enterprises have always been close to my heart, and over the past ten years I have shared many journeys with groups of women and visited a wide range of local initiatives in Cambodia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and, of course, India.
For the past six years, I have also been a mentor in African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative, supporting women entrepreneurs across Africa.
I trained as a lawyer and spent 15 years living in London, Singapore and Hong Kong.
I look forward to sharing these journeys with you and experiencing more of the world together.
Let the journey begin.
